Service Definition

Vēmos Pay is a digital payment service operated by Vēmos, LLC, headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. By creating an account and using Vēmos Pay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

User Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• Your account is for your individual use only — you are responsible for all activity on your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Purchases & Payments

You are responsible for all charges incurred through your Vēmos Pay account. Vēmos Pay uses a third-party payment processor (Spreedly) to handle transactions securely.

If a payment fails or is declined, the merchant may collect payment directly. A default gratuity of 20% is applied to any balance that remains unpaid when a tab is automatically closed.

Automatic Tab Closure

If you leave a venue without closing your open tab, Vēmos Pay will automatically close the tab on your behalf and apply a 20% gratuity to the total balance. This charge will be processed against your stored payment method.

Liability Limitations

Vēmos, LLC's liability to you is limited to amounts actually paid through the service or $100, whichever is lesser. The service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Account Termination

Vēmos, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Minnesota.

Policy Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of Vēmos Pay after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
