Payment Protection
Vēmos Pay encrypts your payment data during transmission. Your credit card information is stored in encrypted form and is never shared directly with merchants. Payments are processed securely through your chosen payment method — Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a tokenized card.
Account Security
Your account details are protected through encryption on secure servers. Vēmos Pay uses industry-standard security practices to safeguard your personal information and transaction history.
Venue Vetting
Only authorized hospitality venues — restaurants, bars, and breweries — that have completed our application and approval process are permitted to accept Vēmos Pay. We vet every venue before they're added to our network.
Your Responsibilities
- Never share your password or account credentials with anyone.
- Create a unique, strong password for your Vēmos Pay account.
- Keep your account to yourself — do not share access with others.
- Log out of your account if you believe it has been compromised and contact support immediately.
Important Warning
Nobody at Vēmos, LLC will ever contact you via phone or email to request information about your Vēmos Pay account, including your password, banking information, or debit/credit card information. If you receive such a request, please do not respond and report it to us immediately.
